The PRO Scheme:
The Pro Scheme is a multi level multi, discipline Player Measurement and Development Tool.
It measures the progress of players in an objective manner clearly illustrating the areas where extra practice is required. Through our scheme we remove the eye of the beholder. We have found that the PRO Scheme has motivated children to practice more away from sessions and increase their abilities to be independent learners.
With the information held online, parents, players and coaches can see exactly where their child is in relation to the scheme. Added to this are online groups for parents and coaches to join where fun weekly challenges are added and weekly prizes.
We welcome all club and other coaching organisations to use the scheme and see how it can benefit their players.
Costs:
The Costs for the Virtual Sessions are £15.00 per month (30 day guarantee after the first month you are not satisfied with the sessions we will refund your fees)
On receipt of your consent form and fees you will be set up on the PRO Scheme, sent your PRO Scheme Poster and full membership instructions sent through.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Introduction
These Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this PRO Scheme. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this PRO Scheme. By using this PRO Scheme, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use the PRO Scheme if you disagree with any of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to manage the use of the PRO Scheme.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, The Pro Scheme and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained herein. This includes all logos, processes, names and methodology.
You are granted access only for purposes of the material provided. At the end of the paid period you must warrant the company that no further use will be continued in any manner.
Under your usage you will get access to the website, wallcharts and other intellectual property. This property remains under the ownership of The Futsal Partnership. On termination of the period all property must be returned to company upon request. This includes all digital and tangible property.
You must not download, copy or distribute any of the company’s intellectual property.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following
publishing any PRO Scheme material in any other media;
selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any PRO Scheme material;
publicly performing and/or showing any PRO Scheme material;
using this PRO Scheme in any way that is or may be damaging to the company;
using this PRO Scheme contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the PRO Scheme, or to any person or business entity;
engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this PRO Scheme;
using this PRO Scheme to engage in any advertising or marketing.
Passing off the system as your own
Copying or imitating the system, its processes or methodology which also includes changing the names of the methods or activities contained within.
Certain areas of this PRO Scheme are restricted from being accessed by you and The Pro Scheme may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
You are restricted to one month’s free use of the system. After the agreed usage period you must stop all further use unless a commercial agreement is entered into with the company. You must return all property related to the system and halt using any systems that you have had access to.
Your Content
In these Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on your media. By displaying Your Content, you grant The Pro Scheme a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. The Pro Scheme reserves the right to ask you to remove any of Your Content from any media that infringes on any copyright or any other reasonable grounds.

The The Pro Scheme is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between The Pro Scheme and you in relation to your use of the system, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
